The King’s Promise details
The King’s Promise same-day guarantee applies to qualifying water-heater replacements requested by 1 PM Mountain Time and expressly accepted by Water Heater King for same-day service. We confirm eligibility and the promised hot-water restoration time directly with you. Calling or submitting a request does not, by itself, confirm a same-day appointment. Equipment availability, job requirements, and capacity inform eligibility before WHK accepts the job.
If we accept your replacement under this guarantee and fail to restore hot water by the confirmed time, we take $250 off your installation charge. The credit is an installation discount, not a cash payment, and cannot exceed the installation charge.
The same-day guarantee does not apply to diagnostic visits, repair-only work, water softeners, or replacements we have not accepted for same-day service.
